Easthams Solicitors opened in March 1996, to deal with the growing need for an accessible and approachable law firm dealing primarily with Personal Injury and Conveyancing matters.

In October 2006, Easthams Solicitors became Easthams Solicitors Limited. The company's two directors are John Bower and Debra Hepplestall, who had previously headed the Personal Injury and Conveyancing Departments.
