Writing a will
At Easthams, we do not provide online wills. Instead, we offer a personal service with an experienced professional who will take time to ensure that they fully understand your wishes and your family dynamics.
We are focused on providing proactive advice and guidance tailored to your needs. Our expert wills team have an in-depth understanding of the law which will assist you in planning for your future and safeguarding your finances- ensuring your family and your estate are looked after long after your death.
Spending time with you and understanding your wishes means that we are best placed to ensure that you end up with the most appropriate will for you and your specific circumstances. However, our fees are fixed, so you needn’t worry about the cost.
Our wills team can guide you through the essential factors you should consider, including:
- What money, property and possessions you have
- Who you would want to benefit from your will, and what you might want to leave to them
- Who you want to look after any children you have under the age of 18
- Who you want to sort out your estate and carry out the wishes in your will
Writing a will is undoubtedly one of the most important things you can do. Without one, it is the government who decides who inherits your hard-earned property, money and possessions. Make a will with Easthams and protect your family and your assets.
You can also receive expert advice and guidance on several other matters about wills and estate management, including:
