Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an eager and hardworking individual to join our Personal Injury Team in Blackpool.

The role of a Personal Injury Fee Earner will entail managing your own caseload of employer’s and public liability matters that have exited the MOJ portal. You will be responsible for their progression to settlement, including litigation. This will include communicating effectively with all parties involved in the matter and advising clients in a clear manner.

We are proud of the reputation the team has for providing a high level of service so the ability to work quickly and accurately is essential.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role you must

• Be able to demonstrate at least 2 years EL/PL experience
• At least 2 years litigation experience
• Be IT literate
• Be personable, organised and driven
• Have excellent technical skills
• Have excellent client care and communication skills
• Proclaim case management experience would be beneficial
