Joanna McClean
Joanna began her career as a Legal Executive in 1995 specialising in family law. She later retrained in personal injury work and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011.
Joanna is passionate about helping injured clients recover compensation and specialises in representing Claimants in a wide range of “no win, no fee” personal injury claims, including accidents at work, in public places and on the highway. She has also successfully recovered compensation for clients in food poisoning cases, and with injuries caused by animals (including an angry lemur!)
Joanna joined the busy litigation team at Easthams in 2021.
Outside the office Joanna enjoys spending time with her two sons, travelling, live music and theatre and trying to keep fit and active.
