Samantha O’Neill
Samantha has over 20 years of experience within the legal profession, previously predominantly recovering monies for clients that had been involved in road traffic accidents along with employers liability and public liability claims.
Samantha Joined Easthams in 2023 in the Litigation department and manages personal injury claims following accidents at work and in public areas.
Outside of work Samantha enjoys spending time with her children and horses or on the farm.
I suffered a workplace incident, that concluded with me suffering a fracture in my leg. My boss, expected me to continue working, not realising the extent of my injury, or caring. After a hospital visit, the extent of my injury was realised and I was signed off work for 6 weeks. Unfortunately, I was unpaid and had to return to work on supposed light duties. This was not the case and my injury worsened. I was encouraged to seek advice from a solicitor. Which I did, and was subsequently bullied out of my job when my boss discovered I had decided to stand up for myself. I was lucky to be assigned to Samantha O'Neill. She immediately put my mind at ease and set to task in looking after my interests. Going above and beyond to create an amazing sense of security for me, answering every question and query I had, of which there were many. I wouldn't of put up with me so patiently. She tirelessly put all her effort into winning my case in the next year. I can't thank her enough for this, and believe she should of received more payment than she got. Can't thank her enough!!
